While I was in Santa Fe I went to the Georgia O'Keefe Museum. After visiting the museum and spending these past few days driving around NM I am beginning to think that there are more colors here than back in Kentucky.
Kentucky has green most of the year and brown the rest. Spring and fall have their own moments of short glory, but in New Mexico there's the various colors of cliffs, stone, the sage, grasses, evergreens, snow and of course various shades of adobe.
I can see why she O'Keefe fell in love with this area.
